What affects the price
- Model and storage set the starting price.
- Functional test results: everything working earns the full grade.
- Cosmetic condition: scratches, dents and screen marks move the grade.
- Battery health is measured, not estimated.
- Accessories and box can add a little on top.
Phones with faults still have value. A cracked screen or dead battery gets a lower quote, not a refusal.
